Filling in the (pot)Holes

By Ryan Kopf

Work recently began filling in the dozens of potholes of all sizes that have sprung up around town. Due to all the recent fluctuations in temperature, causing snow to turn to water then to ice, large potholes have sprung up on many well traveled roads across town.

Crews were out in force today (well, we saw one, at least), fixing up some of the most important messages, starting around Heinz and moving onto Park Avenue.

If the weather turns cold again, we can expect some of these patches to not hold for long. Regardless, we can face slightly smoother travels in the coming days. Large potholes may still exist in alleys and less frequented roadways, which are often a lower priority for road crews.
