Write To Us - We Value Your Opinion... Seriously, We do!

Yeah, you've heard it before. "We value your opinion" or "We want to hear from you." Well, we truly want to hear from you - and we pretty much guarantee that you can make your voice heard with us. If you write an opinion piece, so long as it doesn't contain false information or libel, then we'll publish it.

We even offer some tips to being persuasive. First, thoroughly research the subject and provide nice sources. Citing statistical evidence from a government agency showing that credit unions offer better interest rates is going to do much better than just claiming they are good. Offering scientific research that links certain drugs to ill health effects quickly establishes your credibility on the subject.

Don't forget about the occasional emotional appeal also - but don't over use it. An emotional story about a loved one passing away as a result of a pharmacist error is twice as strong if you were to use statistics showing that it isn't a lone case.

Most importantly, stick to writing about something important to you - anything, even. If you care about the ducks at Weed Park, or about building a new youth center, write your thoughts down and send them to us!
